Robotics Education & Competition Research Center is sponsored by SINO-SINGAPORE EDUCATIONAL EXCHANGE ASSOCIATION (SINGAPORE), Australia Education Robot Committee, and XBlock Company. It aims at providing robotics education and competition platform for teenagers around the world. By introducing state-of-the-art robotics education ideas, resources, and courses, global teenage robot lovers can learn and communicate more effectively and enhance their STEM accomplishments; meanwhile, the creatively designed and the most knowledgeable, educational, entertaining and challenging high -quality robot competition give global robot lovers a world stage to show themselves.

We hope to stimulate teenagers’ interest in science, engineering, technology and mathematics, through robotics learning and competition, make them clear about directions of future academic and career development and work for it. At the same time, they will strengthen their anti -frustration ability, grow in subject knowledge and improve daily life skills, develop leadership and innovation skills. Without a doubt, it is far more important for children to be creative, problem analyzing and solving than to learn robotics knowledge.

The RECRC International Robot Competition is organized by RECRC, it is an international robot competition for 7-18 year old children. We believe that confident, sunny and entrepreneurial teenagers will make the world a better place in the future. And what we have done is to provide them with the most appropriate and fair competitive platform, forging themselves, look forward.

RLC Robot Engineering Challenge (RECRC LEGO CHALLENGE)

The RECRC LEGO CHALLENGE is an international robot competition for 8-16 year old teenagers. RECRC releases a new competition theme every year. The theme combines with social focuses, make teenagers think positively and use technology to solve social realistic issues.

The competition uses the world’s most popular educational robot equipment—LEGO and give teenagers a chance to make full use of their creativity and imagination. Well-designed challenges by researchers from RECRC will have a global synchronous release online. Each team consists of 3-5 players. Starting from the release day of the competition rules, in addition to team building and competition plan- making, team players have to keep a project log and record the detailed preparation process. Challenge tasks include robot competitions on playing fields, oral defense of robotics technology, team work, project research.

The teenagers-centered competition is played in a semi-closed environment. Coaches and the teachers can't enter and provide guidance from outside the fields. The purpose is to provide children a stage to fully display themselves. The competition really challenges team players’ learning ability, strain ability, problem-analyzing and solving ability and teamwork ability, strengthens their cooperation spirit, critical thinking, project management skills and interpersonal skills, prepares them to become solvers and innovators to complex social problems.

Jr.RLC Robot Remote Control Tournament (JUNIOR RECRC LEGO CHALLENGE)

The robot competition of RECRC studies a new season each year - new tournament themes, tournament rules and event planning. The annual season will be set for the national championship, the national finals, the Asian championship and other multi-level events.

Regionals

Domestic Competition Select the first-tier cities in China which can cover more surrounding cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, shenzhen, chengdu and other first-tier cities to hold the national competition. Students who want to participate in the higher level competitions must pass the regular competition in the main area, and only after they have obtained certain performances and they will be eligible to participate in the higher level competitions.

National Finals

After the regular competitions in various regions, top players from all over the country will compete on the national stage to communicate with each other and improve themselves.

Asian Championships

RECRC competition is organized by the domestic organizing committee and foreign professional competition organizer. Asian championship as a RECRC competition have been abroad. It has been a carrier of Asia and will play a joint maximization exchange of modern education in Asian countries, especially the experience in the direction of science and technology, education.
